Cancel an Order in TouchNet Marketplace

You may cancel an order within the WVU eCommerce tool.

  1. Log into the WVU eCommerce Tool.

  2. Navigate to Store Settings.

  3. Click Fulfill Orders.

  4. Check the order(s) you would like to cancel. (A best practice is to not cancel more than 20 orders at a time.)

  5. Click Process Fulfillment.

  6. The Fulfillment Quantity field shows the number of items ordered (or the number of items remaining to be fulfilled. Click the drop-down arrow to change this to zero and then click Update Quantity.

  7. Click OK to confirm.

  8. The customer will receive an email notification.
