Delete a Wireless Configuration from an iOS or Android Device

Follow the steps below to delete a wireless configuration from an iOS or Android device. You may need to check the user guide for the exact steps for your device.

iOS (Apple Devices)

Select Settings.
Select Wi-Fi.
Select the white arrow in a blue circle at the right of the specific network.
Select Forget this network.

Android (Other Devices)

Select Settings.
Select Wireless & Networks.
Select Wi-Fi settings.
Select the network that you want to delete.
A pop up option will appear offering to delete the configuration.
Select Forget.
