Problems Moving Shared Mailbox Items

When shared mailbox users move messages from the Inbox to various folders, others may not see the messages move or may see duplicate messages (one in the original location and one where it was moved to). Duplicates will not be visible to those with Full Access Delegate rights; this issue only impacts those who have been granted read access by the Full Access Delegate.

This occurs when the person moving the message has restricted permissions; they may have permission to allow the copy portion of the move process but not the deletion from its original location. To resolve these issues, increase the permissions of the users moving the messages and allow them to delete items.
