If you receive an error message while trying to access the Faculty Assignment Document (FAD) at extapps.wvu.edu, check your Login account. The error message may read:

A valid WVU Extension Account could not be located.
If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact the system administrator to validate your account is active.

  1. Make sure you have activated your Login account by going to login.wvu.edu.

  2. Test your account with a WVU-affiliated website such as portal.wvu.edu.
