Unable To Sign In

If you have not activated your WVU Login account and try to log into a WVU system, you’ll receive an “Unable to sign in” error message after entering your username. You must activate your Login account before you can access WVU services.

  1. Go to okta.wvu.edu (login.wvu.edu) and enter your username.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Click Send me an email. Okta will re-send an activation email to your primary and secondary email address.
