Dialing Ruby, Charleston-Division, Eastern-Division:

Dialing Ruby Extensions from the HSC:

HSC phone users on the Morgantown Campus can call a Ruby phone extension by dialing *17 + 4 digit extension.

To call a Ruby phone extension from outside the HSC:

For extensions that begin with 4 or 6 (e.g., 304.598.4xxx or 304.598.6xxx) can be dialed direct as these are considered external numbers.

Internal Ruby extensions - those extensions starting with 2, 3, and 5 - you must first dial 304.598.4000 for the main Ruby switchboard. As soon as the greeting begins, press 1, and then press 7xxxx (x's represent the 4-digit extensions beginning with either 2, 3, or 5). At this point, you will hear hold music while you are transferred to the extension.

Dialing Charleston-Division from the HSC:

HSC phone users on the Morgantown Campus can call Charleston-Division Health Sciences phone extensions toll-free by dialing 704 + 4-digit extension.

Dialing Eastern-Division:

HSC phone users on the Morgantown Campus can call Eastern-Division Health Sciences Users by dialing 8 + 304 + 7 digit number + TID.
