Faculty and staff having issues with TitaniumSchedule due to corrupted files should delete the locally cached copy from their computer:

  1. Open File Explorer.

    • Open the Start Menu and select File Explorer, or search for File Explorer from the Start Menu or taskbar.

  2. Enter C:\Users\LoginUsername\AppData\Local\TitaniumSchedule in the upper-right search bar, with LoginUsername replaced with your WVU Login username.

  3. Right-click on the folder and delete it by selecting the Trashcan icon.

Once deleted, relaunch TitaniumSchedule. The software will create a new copy of the deleted file.
