Managers and module leads may request new or changed access to Banner (STAR), or Workflow information system.

How to submit a request

Go to the STAR (Banner) category in the ITS Help Center to submit a ticket for these types of requests:

After submitting a form, your request will be forwarded for module chair approval. Once approved, your request will be forwarded for fulfillment and you will be notified when it is completed.

Only managers and module leads may submit these requests. Unauthorized requests will be cancelled.
