Complete this form to request prepaid PCards to make payment when registering the recipient as a supplier is not a suitable option.

Instructions

  1. Access Mountaineer Marketplace.

  2. In the Mountaineer Marketplace landing page, click the icon for PCard Requests.

  3. Click Prepaid Card Request.

  4. The form opens. Click Next.

  5. Click Select and then Next.

  6. Click Add Attachments

  7. Click Next.

  8. Choose the college or division.

  9. Choose the business need for prepaid card.

  10. Enter the budgeted amount.

  11. Enter the amount to be paid per payee.

  12. Enter the estimated number of cards needed.

  13. Choose the frequency of the payment schedule.

  14. Respond to the question asking if any recipient is a WVU student.

  15. Respond to the question asking if any recipient is a foreign national.

  16. Enter the name of the person(s) responsible for adding names of the recipients into the Vincent Prepaid System.

  17. Enter the WVU user name for the payer.

  18. Enter the WVU email address for the payer

  19. With all fields complete, click Add Items and Close Form.

  20. A shopping cart will be created. View instructions on proceeding to checkout.

  21. View full details on the guidelines for the use of the card.
