Faculty or staff members of WVU and Potomac State may request services, resets or repairs for their phones. 

If a phone is not working properly, we suggest first trying to reset the phone by unplugging it for 15 seconds. If the problem persists, submit an ITS request.

If the phone you need assistance with is located at the Health Sciences Center, please contact HSC IT Support at 304-293-3631 or your Telephone Support contact as indicated on the HSC website.

Student workers cannot request Telecom services, resets or repairs. All requests must come from full-time staff and faculty.
