Follow the steps below to remove an old phone, tablet or token from your account. You will only have the option to delete a device if you have another device associated with your account.

  1. Go to a WVU system that requires you to log in using your WVU username and password (e.g. portal.wvu.edu).

  2. When you see the Duo authentication prompt screen, click the My Settings & Devices link.

  3. Click Device Options next to the device you want to remove.

  4. Click the trashcan icon to delete the device from your Duo account.

  5. Click Remove. A message will display when the device has been removed successfully.
