When a product is sold as being fulfilled manually, you must perform this step in order for the customer’s credit card to be charged.
Navigate to your store and choose Store Settings.
If any orders are available to be fulfilled, a number in parentheses to the right of Fulfill Orders refers to the number of items needing fulfillment.
View the Pending Fulfillments region at the bottom of the screen.
Check the order(s) you would like to fulfill. (You may also click Select All.)
Click Process Fulfillment.
Click OK.
Modify the quantity if necessary, in the Fulfillment Quantity field, if you fulfilled just a partial shipment. Then click Update Quantity.
Click Process Fulfillments. Click OK.
Optionally, click Print Page or Print Packing List.
Click Proceed to Step 3.
Click Proceed to Step 4.
Click Send E-Mail.
Click Back to Fulfillment List or Continue.
You will see a list of other pending orders needing to be fulfilled, or a message that that you have no more pending orders
