Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. It includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.
Software Licensing (SLIC) currently provides MS Office 2013 and 2016 for Windows, MS Office 2011 and 2016 for Mac, Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, and Microsoft Office Mobile.
Licensing restrictions:
To install this software, you must be a current employee or student of WVU. You can install this on up to 5 devices.
Eligibility:
Facultycan install the software for free for a WVU computer or personal computer/device.
Staff can install the software for free on a WVU computer or personal computer/device.
Students can download and install the software for free for a personal computer/device.
How to order:
WVU Computer: Faculty and staff who would like to install MS Office will need to contact their local IT unit for instructions.

macOS: Microsoft Office for Mac is supported on the three most recent versions of macOS. As versions of macOS are made available, Microsoft will drop support for the oldest version and support the newest and previous two versions of macOS.
