Faculty or staff members of WVU and Potomac State may request services, resets or repairs for their phones. 

If a phone is not working properly, we suggest first trying to reset the phone by unplugging it for 15 seconds. If the problem persists, raise a request below.

If the phone you need assistance with is located at the Health Sciences Center, please contact HSC IT Support at 304-293-3631 or your Telephone Support contact as indicated on the HSC website.

Student workers cannot request Telecom services, resets or repairs. All requests must come from full-time staff and faculty.
