First, confirm the projector is plugged in and turned on. Review tips in the Fixing a Projector article. If the projector is plugged in but not working, contact one of the following:

  • If your projector is a Dell, contact Dell support at 1-800-999-3355. If Dell Support is unable to assist you, contact Computer Repair and Assistance at 304-293-6201 (ext. 3).

  • If your projector is in a Classroom Technology (CTec) classroom, contact CTec for assistance.

  • If your projector is not in a CTec classroom, contact the vendor from which the original purchase was made. If that information is unavailable, contact a local vendor such as Seneca Communications or Center Business Products.
