A Report Message button is available in WVU Outlook email accounts. This feature lets you instantly report suspicious-looking messages to the ITS Information Security team for review. Read Microsoft's Use the Report Message Add-in article for more information about reporting messages from Outlook.
Note: This button may be labeled as Report Junk on some devices. This feature is not available for shared mailboxes.
If you receive a suspicious message in your MIX email or don't have the Report Message feature available, you can forward the message as an attachment to defendyourdata@mail.wvu.edu.
