West Virginia University (WVU) and West Virginia University Medicine (WVUM) users can access the Huron system through Single Sign-On (SSO) integration by following the instructions below. These instructions cover both test and production environments.
Access to Huron requires specific credentials. Users should follow the guidelines below based on their specific user group and the environment they are accessing.
Login
To access WRAP, navigate to the following login page:
Test Environment: https://hrspwvustage.huronclick.com/Grants/
Production Environment: TBA
On the login page, select Client Login.
Select the Environment: Depending on your needs, choose the test or production environment.
Enter Your Credentials:
WVU Users (Including Shared Users)
Test Environment
Username: Use your WVU username
Password: Use your production password
Production Environment
Username: Use your WVU username
Password: Use your production password
Shared Users should also use their WVU username and production password in both the test and production environments.
WVUM Users
Test and Production Environments
Click the "+WVU Medicine" login button on the Huron login page
Use your WVUM login credentials
Login: Click the login button to access the system.
