To use eCampus mobile, you must download the Blackboard app to your mobile device. The Blackboard Instructor app enables instructors to view the course content , and connect with students in discussions and interact with a class in Blackboard Collaborate.
eCampus Support is limited because they do not have access to all the mobile devices in the market with different operating systems/versions.

Some Apple devices won't allow the push notification from the authentication process and users remain on the login screen. If you're unable to receive a push notification, select the passcode option from the Duo authentication screen. Your device will generate a six digit passcode you can use to authenticate.
