Faculty and staff having issues with TitaniumSchedule due to corrupted files should delete the locally cached copy from their computer:

  1. Open File Explorer.Search C:\Users\[LoginUsername]

    • Open the Start Menu and select File Explorer, or search for File Explorer from the Start Menu or taskbar.

  2. Copy %userprofile%\AppData\Local\TitaniumScheduleTitaniumSoftware into the File Explorer address bar and press Enter.

  3. Right-click on the TitaniumSchedule folder and select the Trashcan icon to delete it.
