To use eCampus mobile, you must download the Blackboard Instructor app to your mobile device. The Blackboard Instructor app enables instructors to view the course content , and connect with students in discussions and interact with a class in Blackboard Collaborate. The Blackboard app for students allows students to view content and participate in courses.
Students should download the Blackboard app for students.
eCampus Support is limited because they do not have access to all the mobile devices in the market with different operating systems/versions.
How to download the Blackboard app

How to log into eCampus Mobile
Open the Blackboard Instructor appapp.

Some Apple devices won't allow the push notification from the authentication process and users remain on the login screen.
