New Microsoft Teams coming soon

Faculty and staff on all campuses can try the new version of Microsoft Teams starting January 16, 2024. To switch to New Teams, click the toggle bar in the top left corner of the Teams screen. You can use the same toggle to revert to Teams Classic. Microsoft will require everyone to use New Teams at some point after March 31. Visit Microsoft’s website to learn more about changing features.

Who can use Microsoft Teams?

WVU employees with a Microsoft 365 account are able to can access Teams.

People without an active WVU account and HSC users may be added as guests in Teams.
