Go to login.wvu.edu.
Click Check Account Status.
Enter your Login username and password.
Click Login.
If you can log in successfully here, but cannot log into OWA, raise a submit an ITS request below.
If you cannot log in here, try unlocking your Login account. Once it has been more than 20 minutes since you first attempted to log into OWA, try to log in with your new password. If this does not resolve the problem, submit an ITS request.
