  1. In the lower right corner of the Mountaineer Marketplace landing page, click the icon for PCard & Prepaid Card Forms.

  2. Click the icon for MyExpenses Approver Request. 

  3. Provide the details for the employee needing this access.

  4. Choose the correct college or division.

  1. A shopping cart has been created. Click Submit Requisition.

  2. The form will be forwarded to the business office with the authority to approve the request.  The employee/Business Office will be notified.
