Briefing messages will be sent from cortana@microsoft.com and have the phrase "Your daily briefing" in the subject line. These briefing emails are personal, private, and are only sent directly to a users mailboxuser's mailbox. Briefing emails do not include any new personally identifiable information about others in your organization. Cortana's suggestions come from an analysis of already available information in your Outlook account that can’t always be quickly retrieved.
