Select the magnifying glass on the Windows Task Bar.
Type Java.
Select Configure Java.
On the general tab, select Settings... under Temporary Internet Files.
Select Delete Files...
Ensure only Trace and Log Files and Cached Applications and Applets are selected.
Select OK.
Restart Firefox.
