  1. Log in as the agreement owner and create an action item and then mark it as completed.

  2. From My Inbox, open the MTA agreement you created.

  3. On the agreement workspace, click the Log Correspondence activity (halfway down the list of activities).

  4. Answers the fields

  5. Click OK.

  6. On the Correspondence tab, to the right of the correspondence item you just created, click Complete to mark the item as completed.

  7. Click OK.
