For instructions on booking travel for "Guest Travelers," view the Concur Guest Traveler Guide. "Guest Travelers" are non-employees who will not need a profile set up in the system (e.g., job candidates or speakers). You will be able to book travel on their behalf and pay using a WVU or WVURC PCard.
