What should I do if my phone is not working properly
If a phone is not working properly, we suggest first trying to reset the phone by unplugging it for 15 seconds. If the problem persists, request help from Telecommunications.
If the phone you need assistance with is located at the Health Sciences Center, please contact HSC IT Support at 304-293-3631 or your Telephone Support contact as indicated on the HSC website.
