Log Correspondence

You can create correspondence items to track “to do” items or emails and phone calls with the Sponsor.

  1. Log in as the agreement owner and create an action item and then mark it as completed.

  2. From My Inbox, open the MTA agreement you created.

  3. On the agreement workspace, click the Log Correspondence activity (halfway down the list of activities).

  4. In the Summary box, type “Send Agreement to Sponsor”

  5. For Assigned to, leave this as Orlando Max (rev1).

  6. For Related to, select Rebecca Simms (pi) and then click the corresponding Notify check box.

  7. Answer the fields as follows:

Status: Not Started

...

Type: Email Out (indicating you will send an email to the Sponsor)

...

Priority: Normal

...

Due date: Select a date that is two days from today

  1. Answers the fields

  2. Click OK.

  3. On the Correspondence tab, to the right of the correspondence item you just created, click Complete to mark the item as completed.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Confirm you met the success criteria below:
