Who can use Microsoft Teams?

WVU employees with an Office a Microsoft 365 account are able to access Teams.

People without an active WVU account and HSC users may be added as guests in Teams.

  • 5 GB of cloud storage per user

  • 25 TB of cloud storage per team

  • Data encryption for meetings, chats, calls, and files
