  1. Open File Explorer.

    • Open the Start Menu and select File Explorer, or search for File Explorer from the Start Menu or taskbar.

  2. Enter C:\Users\LoginUsernameCopy %userprofile%\AppData\Local\TitaniumSchedule in the upper-right search bar, with LoginUsername replaced with your WVU Login usernameTitaniumSoftware into the File Explorer address bar and press Enter.

  3. Right-click on the TitaniumSchedule folder and delete it by selecting select the Trashcan icon to delete it.

  1. Relaunch TitaniumSchedule. The software will create a new copy of the deleted file.
