Forward a voicemail message to your email address

Submit the ITS Telephone Voicemail Assistance form to connect your voicemail to your email address.

Forward a voicemail message to another voice mailbox

1. After listening to the message, press 5.

2. You can record a message to attach to the forwarded message, or press # to continue.

3. Select your recipient by their name or extension.

   • Search by name: Search for the user by entering their last name. Please note, only press a key once to select a letter. Example: You only need to press 2 once to select the letters A, B or C. You would search for "Jones" by pressing 56637.

   • Search by extension: Press ## to search by extension instead of name. 

     1. Enter the five-digit phone number of the recipient's voicemail account.

     2. The system will playback the recorded name associated with the extension you entered. If it's the correct voice mailbox, press #. 

     3. Add more mailboxes or press # to forward the message.
