How to submit a request
Go to the [ LINK TO NEW CATEGORY? ] the STAR (Banner) category in the ITS Help Center to submit a ticket. The [ CATEGORY ] STAR (BANNER) category includes forms for these types of requests:
Banner On Boarding: Requeset Banner, BDMS, or Workflow access for an employee, including applications and environments.
Banner Off Boarding: Remove Banner, BDMS, or Workflow access for an employee.
Edit a Banner Group: Add or remove class options to a Banner group.
Create a New Banner Group: Request a Banner group and include its associated classes.
Edit a Banner Class: Add or remove objects from a Banner class. Objects owned by other module chairs require approval.
Create a New Banner Class: Request a new class and its associated objects. Objects owned by other module chairs require approval.
Delete a Banner Group: Deleting a Banner group will remove the group from all users.
Delete a Banner Class: Deleting a class will remove it from all groups.
After submitting a form, your request will be sent to [ supervisor? appropriate term? ] for approval. [ Are ALL requests sent for approval, or just some?] forwarded for module chair approval. Once approved, your request will be forwarded for fulfillment and you will be notified when it is completed.
