To obtain and use a WVU Qualtrics account, you must be a WVU student or employee with active Login credentials.
If your email address ends in wvu.edu, go to http://wvu.ca1.qualtrics.com/.
If your WVU email address ends in @wvumedicine.org, please submit an ITS request to have your account created manually.
Log in with your WVU Login credentials.
Review the Terms of Service and click I accept at the bottom.
You will then be logged into your account and will see the My Projects landing page.
Click Create Project to create your first survey.

Go to qualtrics.com/support-center.
Click Sign in with SSO.
Enter wvu in the Organization ID box and click Continue.
Log in with your WVU username and password.
Select the nature of your request.
Select Survey Platform as your Qualtrics product.
Select the support communication method that works best for you.
Provide a detailed description of your question or problem and submit your request.
