Open the Java Control Panel:
Windows 10 users can use the magnifying glass to search for "Configure Java."
Mac users can click the Apple icon, select System preferences and then select Java.
Select the Security tab. The Security Level setting should be set to Medium.
Click the Edit Site List button. Enter https://mapprod.wvu.edu/ and click the Add button.
Click OK to close the Exception List window. Click OK again to close out of Java Control Panel.
Log into MAP using a new browser session.
