Users receive a "403: User Rate Limit Exceeded" error message when searching videos via YouTube Mashup
Until the vendor resolves this issue, instructors can follow these steps to embed videos without searching:
Go to YouTube and find your video.
Click the Share button under the video.
Click the Embed tab.
Copy the code in the box.
Go back to eCampus and Edit the item you want to embed the video in.
Click on the HTML button in the bottom right of the Content Editor.
Find the text just before the video.
Paste the video using Ctrl+V (right click is disabled in the editor).
Click the Update button. You should see the yellow box in the the Content Editor where the video should be.
Click the Submit button to update your item.
Verify that your video plays, either by turning Edit Mode to OFF or going into Student Preview Mode.
Multiple page PDFs do not display properly in Chrome
Issue:
When using Chrome ,version 55 and above, to view a document in Learn that is a multi-page PDF, only the first page or two can be viewed. This is a bug with chrome version 55 and above, upon further investigation.
Resolution:
This is a bug within Chrome. Chrome browsers with the version 55 and above are affected. This issue cannot be reproduced with Chrome version 54 and earlier or use a different browser, such as Firefox.

Apple security settings in macOS may require users to manually grant their browser permission to access the webcam, microphone and application sharing for Collaborate sessions.

Resolution:
Quit any open browser windows for which permissions will be enabled.
Click the Apple Menuthe Apple Menu.
Select Select System Preferences.
Select Select Security & Privacy.
Select the the Privacy tab tab.
Locate and select the the Camera listing listing in the panel on the left.
Ensure that the box is checked for each browser that should have permission to use this device.
Locate and select the the Microphone listing listing in the panel on the left.
Ensure that the box is checked for each browser that should have permission to use this device.
Close Close System Preferences, relaunch the browser and test the device in a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra or Blackboard Collaborate Original Session.
Blackboard (eCampus) replacing iframe tags with "XXXX."
Issue:
HTML tags are incorrectly stripped when uploading HTML files using WebDAV. Blackboard is replacing <iframe> tags with <xxxx> in HTML files that are uploaded into the courses. If an iFrame tag is inserted into a HTML file, that iFrame will not display because it changed to <xxxx>. This is breaking html5 interactions, MediaSite, and YouTube embeds in the courses. This doesn't occur when using the single file upload.
