Next steps: You will receive an official decision via MIX email within three business days, after your submission has been reviewed by Service Center staff. If your photo is rejected, you will need to submit a new one that meets the guidelines. First-time students moving into Morgantown residence halls in August who have their photo approved 10 days prior to move-in can pick up their new Mountaineer ID Cards from front desk staff at check-in. Otherwise, your ID card will need to be picked up at an ITS Service Center location.
