Step 1: Open frmservelt.jnlp for the first time with Java Web Start LauncherLauncher 

  1. Open MAP. 

  2. Select the form you want to open. 

  3. Download the frmservlet file. 

  4. If you are using Firefox, select the download icon then select the folder icon to the right of the frmservelt file. This will open the folder the file is in. If you are using Chrome or Internet Explorer, press CTRL + J to see your downloads then click Show in folder below the frmservelt file. 

  5. Double click the frmservlet file.

  6. If Java Web Start Launcher is not listed, scroll down to Look for another App on this PC.

  7. Double click Java.

  8. Double click jre1.8.0_xxx, with xxx being your build version of Java (example: jre1.8.0_241). 

  9. Double click bin.

  10. Double click javaws.exe.

  11. Select Open.

Note: If you are using Firefox, make sure Java Web Start is set as your browser's default program to run .jnlp. Follow  Follow the instructions in the Changing Downloads Actions section of this Firefox guide.
