To obtain and use a WVU Qualtrics account, you must be a WVU student or employee with active Login credentials.
If your email address ends in wvu.edu, go to http://wvu.ca1.qualtrics.com/.
If your WVU email address ends in @wvumedicine.org, please submit please raise a request below to have your account created manually.
Log in with your WVU Login credentials.
Review the Terms of Service and click I accept at the bottom.
You will then be logged into your account and will see the My Projects landing page.
Click Create Project to create your first survey.
