The WVU Shared Services Center (SSC) is a centralized service-delivery team that supports the business activities of WVU, including financial administration, human resources (Talent and Culture), and sponsored projects funding/grants. Customers can receive assistance by calling Shared Services at 304-293-6006, or chatting in the Shared Services Community. Visit sharedservices.wvu.edu for more information.
Note: The WVU ITS Service Desk and HSC ITS Help Desk continue to handle technical support for WVU systems and services. The SSC also does not create policy or provide high-level, strategic direction to campus leaders.
