AMOS is a visual program for structural equation modeling (SEM). In AMOS, you can draw models graphically using simple drawing tools. AMOS quickly performs the computations for SEM and displays the results.

Licensee may only use these programs for teaching and non-commercial academic research on computers owned or leased by Licensee. Non-commercial academic research means research by degree-seeking students and faculty members where:
The results of such research are not intended primarily for the benefit of a third party
Such results are made available to anyone without restriction on use, copying or further distribution
Any copy of any such result is furnished for no more than the cost of hosting, reproduction, and shipping. Any other use including but not limited to university administration and operations is strictly prohibited

Install or purchase AMOS
WVU Funds: Complete the SLIC Software Request Form if purchasing this with WVU funds. All licenses for WVU-owned computers need to be paid for with WVU funding. Once your order is submitted, SLIC will send you an invoice for your order along with instructions on how to make payment.Personal Funds-owned computers: Use the Software Center, Companty Portal or Self Service to download a license on your WVU-owned computer.
Personal computers: Complete the SLIC Software Request Form if purchasing this with personal funds. All licenses paid for with personal funds need to be installed on personally-owned computer. Orders will be processed by the ITS Service Center in G118 Bennett Tower. You can pay with personal funds over the phone, complete the form and visit Bennett Tower or wait for us to contact you. After payment is received, your software will be sent to your WVU email address, unless you specify otherwise.

All licenses are annual subscriptions expiring September 30th of each year and are prorated quarterly. Pricing is per machine. Each machine on which the software is installed requires its own license. Concurrent licenses are excluded from this rule. A personal computer is a computer owned by a faculty, student or researcher of WVU. Other restrictions may apply. Check the licensing restrictions section on this page.
