Please be sure you have claimed your Login account prior to attempting to install Microsoft ProPlus. Students must also complete New Student Orientation (NSO) and register for classes prior to installation.

Directions

  1. If you have an @hsc.wvu.edu Microsoft account, go to

    Go to the download link for the appropriate tenant.

  2. If you have an @mail.wvu.edu Microsoft account, go to office365.wvu.edu.

    3. office.comand click Sign in.

  3. Enter your WVU Login username and password, then click LOGINemail then click Next. You’ll be prompted to enter your WVU Login credentials and authenticate with Duo.

  4. Click Install now to view and choose an installation option: 

    • Microsoft 365 apps: This option will begin downloading a .pkg file to install the latest version of Microsoft 365. 

    • Other install options: This option will take you to your profile to view your personal info, subscriptions, security settings, and view and manage installations. Click View apps & devices to view and manage any devices you've installed Microsoft 365 on or install Microsoft 365 on your computer.
